Bedrock fill command

I've been using the fill command regularly but today after the 1.19.70 update I tried using the following: /fill ~15 ~15 ~15 ~-15 ~-15 ~-15 air 0 replace stone. Obviously this would've replace blocks in a 30x30x30 radius but I've been getting the error: "Syntax Error: Unexpected "0": at "-15 air »0« replace s".
